Yesterday my windows registry got corrupted so i decided to just reinstall windows. I have all my contacts, Info, Bookmarks, etc. that i Dont want to lose is there anyway to have itunes backup my ipod re-sync all my songs, podcasts, movies etc. and then have it restore all my information? I know this is possible because i have done it before but i don't remember what i did.
I usually just copy the whole iTunes folder in My Music to a hard drive, and by doing this it copies all the information in my existing iTunes like syncs an playlists
