Sagem Dbox remote control help

my box has went off but my remotes no been working for a while now,is there anyway to reset it?
its a 'premiere' kind!

Unplug it from the mains and plug it back in?

What do you mean by reset it?

 

um...u know how somethings have a reset button or you can hold a certain button and it re-configures with the box? basically jus clutching at straws lol

 

First check your batteries.

Second check and see if the remote is working. Look at it through a digital camera, press a button and see if u can see a light.

 

no light coming on or anything,changed the batteries but still nothin! must need a new remote control!

Fire up your d box
