synch problem on ipod

    I have been using Xilisoft Video Converter 3 to convert AVI. to ipod. However, 8 out 10 of my conversions end up being out of sync. The audio tends to be ahead or behind about 1 to 2 seconds. Is there a fix for this or maybe a better avi to ipod converter? Can DVDFAB5 convert avi to ipod? If so is it the way to go or is there a better converter out there?
