I have a modded NTSC Wii in mint condition if anyone is interested. It was bought at Target in June and has a D2C-2 drive. It's still under it's one year warranty and the extra 3 month warranty card hasn't been registered yet either. The mod chip is a D2Pro9 v2 with a solderless Wii Key V4. So if anything were to go wrong with it within the next year, you could just take out out the chip and send it in... It also comes with the receipt for proof of purchase. The jtag programmer for flashing the firmware of the D2Pro comes out of the memory slot. It's the Wii Sports package so you'd get all of the original accessories and packaging, triwing screwdriver for disassembly of the Wii, component HD cable, wireless GC controller, 4 mb GC memory card, and what games I have if you want them. It's barely been played and nothing has ever been bought over the Wii shop channels or anything... So it's pretty much new ands works flawlessly to reflect that. I'm asking 400 shipped in the US and if outside the US, it'd depend on how much it would cost to ship without any sort of complications... If you're interested just PM me or post on here. I can take pictures if you'd like to see any as well. I'm not out to rip anyone off so and will ship with tracking as quickly as possible considering it's easier on both parties.

You're still getting a good deal and I highly doubt anyone is going to sell you this entire package for $300 plus eat the cost of shipping on top of that. Anyways, just so you understand, the mod comes preinstalled so it's ready for plug and play at your convenience... I live two hours away from you...
