blueboyem Suspended due non-functional email address

Hey Guys

I got an Advent ADE-EMB1. It has stopped working... i used it once for like 20 minutes and now it doesnt even register on the computer or any other computer...The notice saying new hardware detected does not appear...any ideas or know where i can get help

Probably faulty, if you're using XP or Vista, it wil install and work automatically.

I had the same problem and took it back for a refund. However the helpful 'Tech Guy' reset it by pressing the button on the USB, and the little button halfway down the underside of the mouse at the same time. It now works perfectly!!
