    Hi all,

I recently installed the new Eurovox ex5000 in my dad's house in Limerick (Chorus Cable). I installed the new software but when i do a scan only 108 channels are available. Ther is no BBC1,2,3,4 itv1,2,3 or C4 even though i can get all the Sky sports, movies and setanta channels.

My father inlaw has the Eurovox Max and he is in Limerick with Chorus cable and he receives about 140 channels inc all the BBC, ITV and C4 channels.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong?

    Thank you in advance.

First , you dont get ITV 2,3,or 4 in Ireland.

Second , press menu > user Installation > pin = 1004 and see what freq is in your list.

    If you are missing frequencies.
To add these go to menu, installation, user installation and use the on button guide to add frequencies ( Green / Channel Edit , Red / Add Freq ). Info button will name them as you like .

For any frequency that you want to manually scan you select it in your list first by pressing OK when it is highlighted, ( a tick will appear beside the one you select), then you press the blue button to manually scan that frequency.
