need help with flash fxp

i hope this is the right forum but any way

i am trying to send dvd2xbox to my chipped xbox1 using flash fxp im using my routor but im having trouble basicly it keeps losing the conection every now and again and when i try to move dvd2xbox on to the hdd after so long it says
"conection failed (conection timed out)"

what can i do do i have to wait for the next day to carry on

would it be best if i got a cross over cable

 

nope.. the problem is flashfxp.. not an easy or particularly good ftp application. especially the cracked ones that are about.....
