Hi im having some problem with spore it runs fine but whenever i go to look at any of the menus or start a new game its stops responding both in full screen and widowed but the wierd thing is whenever i press control alt and delete and it goes to the task manager menu on vista and then if i press cancel it goes back to the spore screen and everything works again untill i go to another menu i managed to get a game started but again it froze just after i broke out of some kind of rock at that point i gave up for the time being and came here ive tried to unistall it and download the creature creator to see if it was my copy but it was doing the same thing my laptop is acer aspire 9300 amd 64 dual core (2ghz) 2gb ram Nvidia geforce go 6300 Vista 32bit sp1 any help much aprecited thanks
Try contacting EA support, today was the first day of the official release so they are probably getting lots of calls similar to yours and may have a solution already instore for you. Let me know if this helps.
