   I want to upgrade my notebook's ram but can anybody tell me the difference between pc-5300 and pc2-5300? I have an HP Pavilion dv6205us with 512 MB. I want to upgrade to 2G but don't know what to buy. Thanks!

   They're both the same. It's all DDR2 as no PC5300 speed of DDR1 was ever made.
