Update firmware

    I have the super box which has an old firmware (6.0e), it is working fine. Is there any point in updating the firmware.
    Also I have so far not managed to get the subtitles
    Please help

    If its working fine then theres no need to update it.
    What do you mean "the subtitles" ?

    Subtitles while watching movies etc. I have parents from india who find it difficult to follow the local language

    Try the teletext on the TV remote instead of the SV remote & see if they come up on the screen.
