Moving Firefox 3 bookmarks and history to another pc.

    I just got a new laptop and I want to move all my bookmarks and history from my current pc to the firefox that I installed on my new laptop.
    Can someone tell me how to do this???

    Also, is there any way to move the plugins/addons, without having to re-download them in the browser
