I need a player to connect to my TV, which would allow me to play and record both DVDs and CDs, or play and record VHS tapes. I can't spend too much money on this (senior) but I do like to record some TV shows, and play a small VHS tape collection. It would be nice to be able to record some of my tapes on DVDs with this machine also. Does anyone have any suggestions? No Blue-Ray or Sony products please. Appreciate any advice.
