hi my computer has windows security alert that says automatic updates are turned off but when i go in to turn them on i get a message saying sorry the security centre could not change your automatic updates settings. i also went into control panel then automatic updates which tells me they are on but they are not
Click "start" then "Run" and type in "sysdm.cpl" and press enter. follow the procedure. this worked for me at couples of time, before I refomat my OS
