@pspfreek..you can grab the fastloader V0.08 with all of the files from the link in my sig...and your iso's won't be in the PSP folder...they will be in the UMDEMULATOR\ISO folder(the one that goes on the Root Directory)...the UMDEMULATOR folder that has the ISO folder in goes on the same screen as the PSP folder, not in the PSP folder...the only folders that go in the PSP\GAME directory are the UMDEMULATOR and UMDEMULATOR%(the ones with the EBOOT.pbp in them)

@alfy18...check your pm box

@iksboks...do you have any UMD_DATA.BIN files? you can use almost any UMD_DATA.BIN file for most of the games...do you have any umd games? and do you have Fastloader V0.07 working? if you have Fastloader V0.07 working you can use the UMD Dumper to copy the iso image from a UMD and then extract it down to the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN file and use that UMD_DATA.BIN file for all of the games you don't have the UMD_DATA.BIN file for..just make sure your memory card is big enough to hold the ISO image from the UMD...

@elsamsboy...thanks for the compliment, but i wouldn't go that far...but thanks...ok...really the only time you are going to use KXploit is if you get an emulator that only has one EBOOT.PBP file(this is used for the 1.0 firmware psp's)...you would run that EBOOT file through KXploit to get the second EBOOT file needed so that it can run on a 1.50 firmware...you really don't need this though if you want to run games(the ones made for the psp...for example Burnout Legends) off of your memory stick...you really only need it for the homebrew applications and emulators..how many files did you get for the NesterJ emulator? usually this one only comes with one EBOOT file...if so then follow this guide(i used Seipsptool for this guide, i've found it is more reliable...you can google it or download it from the link in my sig)
Sei PSP Tool by Sei

This tool is used to create launchers from existing "Eboot.pbp" files from some loaders, (i.e. some loaders may only contain one "Eboot.pbp" file, when in actuality you will need two, "name of loader" and "name of loader%")

To run this program, first download this tool...once downloaded you should have a ".rar" file, right click on this file and extract to either your Desktop or a folder of your choice, you should have a PSP looking icon...double click on this icon and it will bring up a window, in the first box it will say "Name", you can put in any name that you like, the second box is named "PBP file"...click on the box next to it that has the 3 dots...then select "from file"...select the "Eboot.pbp" file from the emulator that you wish to load (i.e. NesterJ only has one "Eboot.pbp file, you will need two, one for NES and another for NES%)..once selected go to the box below "PBP File" and it will say "PSP Unit", select the drive that your PSP is connected to(if you are just now connecting your PSP you may want to click on the "refresh" button to right of "PSP Unit" box)....then click on "Generate"...then select the firmware you have (1.5=U.S. & 1.0=JAPAN)...this will generate a launcher to your PSP...

P.S. KXploit it almost identical except that you should delete "Selecting the firmware" part...i personally prefer Sei PSP Tool, i have found that it has fewer errors(Evnflow)

PSPHomebrew...is really only used to change the icon picture and title for the application(well the only use i use it for)...

if you are wanting to be able to play ISO(games made for the PSP by actual companies, i.e. Burnout Legends) you will need Fastloader or Hookboot Launcher to load these games up...if you need help with this then i am willing to help...just let me know...holla

@evnflow....I already did everything you told me I could do....Have fastloader 0.7 working... made an umd dump from nba...used that UMD_DATA.BIN file and converted it to iso with vcdromx....still no luck....It keeps saying: can't read disc.....The problem doesn't seem to be the umd_data.bin file but the boot.bin file in the system folder of the PSP_GAME folder.....It has been modified and I need the original one...

I got the config.dat
I can see now what iso's I have in my memory stick, but I still can't start any of them! It takes me back again to the menu... I don;t know if it's supposed be like this: I have a icon where I start the emulator and a Corrupt Data 1...
I have the ISO folder here: UMDEMULATOR/ISO
What should I do?

@iksboks...check your pm ;)

@elsamboys....ok i've looked at those links you gave...the doom one looked at was just the launcher...didn't actually have the game in it too play...but i tried the tetris one and this is what you need to do: obviously you need to download it...make sure you download it to your Desktop...once you have it downloaded to your desktop double click the "PSPBrewpack" icon..and you should get a window that pops up...click "Accept"this will take you to another window...in the line that says "Destination folder" make sure it is going to your Desktop as well...then once it is extracted...you should have a PSP folder on your desktop....double click on it and then double click on the Game folder that is shown and then COPY the folders(tetris and tetris%) in the next window to your PSP\GAME Directory on your psp...man that is way too much work for these homebrew...you should try another site...almost all the rest are a lil' more user friendly...

@pspfreek..it's supposed to take you back to the main menu...once it takes you back put in any umd in the drive of your psp and wait for the icon to appear for your umd...it should be playing the video of the iso you loaded with the fastloader V0.08 and not the umd...

the games you are talking about on psp-hacks aren't really games they are the ripkits..made to make the games smaller...and the easiest way for right now would be to use wab launcher...unless you feel comfortable rebuilding a game...you can use my VcdromX guide on how to rebuild it, back into an isom,so you can play it with fastloader...it's pretty easy to do..let me know if you need some help...holla ;)

@alfy18...check your pm

how to rebuild PSP_GAME folders and UMD_DATA.BIN file into an ISO format-grab VcdromX...google it or grab it from the link in my sig...
VcdromX:
download it and once you extract it...look for an icon called "VcdromX"...(I'm going to use Fifa as an example in this guide) open this file up and a window will pop up on the screen type in "C:\Fifa" and make sure that the "FCD" button is checked...now click the left "??" on the bottom..now go to the folder where you have the "PSP_GAME" and "UMD_DATA.BIN" files\folders and DRAG them over to the right side of the "VcdromX" window...once this is done go to the top left corner and look for a box marked "??F", click on this and then go down to where it says "????(B)" click on this..a window will pop up click "OK"...this will start to convert this file to an ".FCD" file...now once this is done go back to the top left corner and to the "??F" box..this time go down to where it says "??????C"..this will bring up another pop up window click on the folder icon on the top box and go to the C:\ and look for the file labeled "Fifa.FCD"...now click open or double click on that file and it will put that name in the pop up window that showed up...now click on the top right box ( next to the folder looking icon) labeled "??" and it will start to create an iso image file for you...you will have to close this window out because it will stay stuck on 100% once finished..but once it reaches 100% it is ok to close it...

now you have converted the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN file into an ISO image file...good luck, holla ;)

@ALL WITH 2.0 FIRMWARE....there is now one homebrew up and running on the 2.0 psp's...don't have a 2.0 psp to try it out on though, and i'm not going to update until fastloader will run on it, but for all that do have a 2.0...you now have something to play around with....and NO this DOES NOT run fastloader or any other launchers\loaders...so don't update to 2.0 if you have a 1.0 or 1.50....this is strictly homebrew in it's infancy....
