To dump using m33, go to the vsh menu (on 3.52m33-4 you press the Home buttong but I think on 3.71m33 you press the Select button). Then go to the 'USB Device' and select UMD Disc. Then when you connect to the computer with the USB cable, rather than showing your MS, it'll show the UMD which you can then just copy and paste onto your computer.
And yes, the ISO is meant to look like a rar file. Don't extract it otherwise you'll just get a mess of lots of files as you already realised. Just copy the rar (ISO) file into the ISO folder on your memory stick and your good to go. Make sure you've selected 'M33 Driver' under 'UMD ISO Mode' in the vsh menu. This will allow your to play the ISO without a UMD in the PSP.

When you drag it out it will be an .iso file. All you have to do is put it in your ISO folder on your PSP if it is a game. Simple!

I read in the guide that this SHOULD work with any firmware and custom firmware but did u mean just custom firmware. as i read through the posts it seems every one who is posting or using this guide has a custom firmware.could this work with my firmware. I have version 3.71. its not a custom firmware. and i can not run any home brew on my psp because of the firmware i have. would this still work ?

Not on your firmware, try using pandora's battery, im sure that you currently cant make it because you only have 1 PSP which has official firmware?
if you really want to do this, buy a tool battery and mms.

Mms is the memory stick. You need access to a PSP with cfw [ custom firmware] if not, you're screwed :P

Ha, lol. Sorry I was a bit sleepy.:
"3.) Open the folder you extracted from "WinRAR". (USBSSS_100)
4.) Copy the folder "PSP" inside the folder "MS_ROOT" to the ROOT Folder of your PSP MEMORY STICK. (E.G. X) - (X as in the drive letter of your PSP) - (Just allow it to overwrite, it will only add extra files and folders)"
See? no.3 asks you to open the folder (USBSSS_100), hence you open it.
Then in no.4 copy the folder "PSP" inside the folder "MS_ROOT" to the ROOT Folder of your PSP MEMORY STICK.
Get it?

Copy the folder "PSP" inside the folder "MS_ROOT" to the ROOT Folder of your PSP MEMORY STICK. (E.G. X) - (X as in the drive letter of your PSP)
to the ROOT Folder of your PSP MEMORY STICK. (E.G. X)
Meaning - the root folder is your PSP drive (E.G.[FOR EXAMPLE] X). The root folder contains all the folders as soon as you enter your PSP's drive, ok?
Anymore questions, feel free to ask.

Ok this is what happened..
I got it to work, the whole guide, but now i have it on my WINrar and when i extract it, it stops at 70%... But the Folder would still be there. And it shows a folder full of things, not the game.. I dont get it. heres the things I see, tell me if 1 of em is the game. thanks.
UMD_DATA.BIN <-- FILE SIZE 48
ICON0.PMF <-- IMAGE
ICON1.PMF <-- FILE SIZE 432 KB
PARAM.SFO <-- FILE SIZE 472 bytes
PIC1 <-- IMAGE
SND0.AT3 <-- FILE SIZE 64.6KB
And there is 2 folders full of things like AUDIO and VIDEO and DATA.. I think its the whole game. but in a bunch of files :O. So how do i get it in 1 file. thanks
EDIT:EDIT: I try to extract it, but by like 70% it stops... :(
