    Can anyone tell me which Frequency I need to manually scan to get Living TV on Eurovox 5000PVR? I live in West London, Virgin media.
    I can get all other channels, but have been unable to find Living TV;
    (I tried a full Powerscan, but lost ALL my channels and couldn't get back, so had to reload saved CDF from computer!!).

    Living for me is on freq's 427.000 for the UK, maybe different for you depending on your provider previous to VM but give it a try if it doesn't pick it up try it again from the main feed closest to where it it enters your house also remove any splitters.

    Thanks HiTek
    Tried scanning on 427: no joy; Then also did "Channel Update" from User Installation menu: again did not find Living (though all Favs were reordered & I had manually redo them!!).
    I didn't have Splitters/used nearest cable point, etc.
    Any other ideas?
    (I know VM has Living as I can see it on the listings on the VM original PACE box.)
    Thanks again for your help.

    HiTek
    I've also done a completely new Powerscan, but still not obtained Living TV.
    Any other ideas?

    You say you can see the Living on the Pace box, cant you get the freq's from that? also on your eurovox press info x2 and let us know your signal strength average.

    Hi HiTeck
    (1) How do you get the frequency from the Pace box? Although I can "see" living on the TV Guide on Vi*gin Media, I only have a basic subscription so can only get a limited number of programmes (Not Living, of course!!)
    (2) The signal strenght on the Eurovox for various programmes is between 82% & 83%.
    Thanks for help again!

    Signal seems fine, cant remember how to get the freq's from the Pace box mate, try putting it on living and press info on the remote.
    your signal seems fine, has it picked up living +1 ?

    Do you have any channels named TVch1,2,3,4,ect , If so look carefully through them as it maybe in one of those, if so just re-name it.

    Hi
    Yeah, have checked all TvCh1,2,3 etc: none of these are Living; I haven't got Living +1 or 2 either; Tried 'info' on Pace: doesn't give any other info except Programme content.

    If after doing a factory reset then rescanning without splitters it doesn't pick it up a booster or cdf (Channel Dump File) is the only other option I can think of. I dont know of a CDF for your area so unless you can find one the booster will have to do.

    Thanks HiTeck
    It's strange that I get everything else except Living, with a good signal strength!
    Any thoughts on how to find the frequency off the VM Pace box? This would then allow me to manually input that frequency;
    Also, I took another look at TVCh1,2 etc: some of these are blank, and get message "no audio/video signal" ?could some of these be Living not coming thro?

    If you press 'help' on your remote on the pace box while on the living channel frequency, the technical info should come up for you.

    Hi Evastar
    No, don't get any technical info when pressing 'Help'; Note:I can't actually watch Living via my Pace box on VM as I've not subscribed to it: It only shows up as a channel on the TV Guide, so I know it's available on Vir*in Media;

    Do you know anyone in your area or in work that has a b0x? If so , see if you can get the freq from them.

    I'm in the Twickenham area. My previous cable supplier was TW.
    I don't know anyone in my area using EV, so not able to get cdf's etc from anyone;
    It's very frustrating not getting Living TV as the wife likes some of the programmes on it!!
