Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to have a stand alone counterstrike. Standalone in a sense that you dont have to install it but just play it from an executable file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
I'm pretty sure you have to install it one way or another, unless you are looking for some ripped or modded version, in which case I'm pretty sure we can't help you
Can I install it in an external hard drive? Or can I just copy paste the one I have installed in my computer to transfer it to my laptop?
You can try copying all the files in the install folder to your external hard drive, and from there to your laptop. It should work. PS - Why don't you just re-install it on your laptop
Get the no-steam version, it's stand alone... Sure you don't play on steam but it works as good or better, and there's a load of people on. Google no-steam Counter strike source
