So I had to reformat my computer but thats irrelevant. I used time machine with the mitigation assistant to reinstall everything. I had to update my computer software and all of the updates worked except "Mac OS X Combined Update" would work, that one gave me a errors saying I didn't have the " Access Privileges" . I am the Admin, I have tried Repair Disk Permissions, and Root user.

How do I get that update to work and to fix my privileges???

I assume you are using Software Update to install the updates. Try to download the combined update in question directly from Apple's Web site; you may have better luck.

yes the combined update from apple is bigger and fixes several more problems then the one from software update sorry but this is really due to leopard.
