Dbox 500-C stopped working

Hi there

Our DM 500-C box has stopped working today; the green light on the front of the box, normally remaining solid, began flashing this morning before going out all together. However, if you look in the air vents on the top of the box, the red power light is still solid so I'm assuming the box is still receiving power from the main at least.

Anybody have any ideas what it could be?

Sounds like a power problem, have you tried to look at the caps and check if they are bulging?
