I've been trying to solve this issue for the last year or so to no avail. When i first bought this card, i hooked up the dvi cable from the dvi out to my monitor which is fairly new to the dvi in. it worked fine for about a week.. then all of a sudden stopped.. vga to vga works. if i plug in the dvi to vga adaptor to my video card and run the vga cable, it works fine. if i switch back to dvi to dvi. nothing. i had another computer with an radeon x1300 and it worked perfect with dvi to dvi. so i switched video cards in my main computer and the exact same symptoms were happening as did my geforce. the dvi out would only work with the adaptor connected.

    Monitor - SyncMaster 216bw
    Pc - Gateway GT-5012
    Geforce 7300GS 256mb
    Radeon X1300 512mb

any idea's at all would be appreciated. i've been working on this issue for over a year and constantly giving up
