No sky sports 1 or 3

Please can anyone help me,im a bit of a technophobe but can understand simple instructions,I've recently bought The Box pvr,scanned the channels and unlocked them,when i did the initial scan i had sky sports 1 & 3 but when i unlocked them they were missing,I've tried rescanning but still no joy,is there a way of getting them back & if so how,any help would be much appreciated.Thanks

You probably still have them, but you will need to look for them under alternative names or numbers.
If you can't find them do a factory reset then a rescan.
