    Unlock Code can be given only by your service provider.
    Though there are some 3rd party people doing it.
    But the K800i is a DB2020 platform phone and if your phone is CID 49,51 or 52 it can be unlocked for free using the cable provided with the phone.
    There is a similar thread , ie unlocking K610i on afterdawn.
