im purchasing a laptop with this onboard gpu:

http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Graph...MHD.9883.0.html

its very basic but i am wondering will it play videos fine?
will i be able to edit videos in windows media players without lagging?
it says support for direct X 10 with pixel shader 4.0! some mid range games will play on low/medium settings...am i right?

for example will 'hitman blood money play'?

if someone can tell me i would be great ful!

thanks

Using the words good and onboard graphics, is an oxymoron.

Yeah, OK. What res did you play at?

Post a screenshot of your settings.

it's an M4500, so it is one of the better integrated GPUs, but it still won't max out Hitman, it's an old enough game to probably be maxed out at 1024x768 or less.

the maxiumum resolution is 1024x768.

because my laptop is widescreen with weird widescreeen resolution the game doesnt support the widescreen format.

everything was maxed out on settings. i suppose my laptop is powerful it is a core 2 duo running at 2.26ghz. although it is onboard graphics it shares memory of upto 1.3gig, thats alot and theres no suprises it plays hitman maxed out because it has pixel shader 4.0 and the game asks for shader 2.0.

how do i take image of settings?
u mean take screenshot of graphics settings in the settings section in game?

how do u find out what frame rate it is playing at?
