S-Video Input or output recording

Is there any piece of software that allows me to view the s-video input (i think) and even record it.
PSP Fat w/3.52M33-4 CFW
XBOX360 Premium (Flashed and Banned :[ )

Unless you have a TV card,
it's an output port, not an input. If you do have a TV card, use its own software.
