the box super updating never reaches 100% please help

    box was working fine came home from work and half the channels r not working it says updating but the highest it gets is 80% then starts again

    If you have the latest firmware on it should update, put it on sky sports 1 and press Menu enter 1570 ensure that key EMU is switched to ON and press OK on Set Default Key and exit back out to TV, that should sort it.
