How to rip video from AT&T Uverse?

    Anyone know how to rip the video from the AT&T Uverse? I recently got it and it is great. Problem is I don't have a lot of time at home to watch the recorded video (i do, but very little). I would like to be able to rip it from the DVR to either like iPod or PDA, etc for while on the road.

    The box I have is Motorola SSTB w/DVR. Model #: VIP1216
