IRC DCC Upload Problems

#1 08 Feb 2004 @ 16:52
I'm looking to start a file server on IRC. I am on a 10 megabit EDU connection. When I use Bittorrent, I can upload at over 400 kilobytes per second, but on IRC my DCC sends only go 5 to 6 kbps. Does anyone know what would cause this problem, and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

come on our IRC channels, I can probably figure out your speed issues. get a different script other than mIRC. I recommend excursion or torment hellscript.
