hey guys! long time no see... well anyways i got the following problem: my cos just got the new iphone 3G 8gb and he wanted some music so i was like fine bring it over and ill sync it with my pc without needing to jailbreak it... but apparently i connected the iphone perfectly it showed in itunes but i couldnt transfer any files!!! tried DRAG AND DROP like i do in my ipod... didnt work tried to sync all my music ... didnt work and right now i dont know wat to do... i was going to jailbreak it anyways but i need music till them please answer asap! thnx guys
If there is no data on the iPhone try Restoring, Resetting or Restarting it via iTunes. Start off by just Restarting (no data lost): Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously at the same time for at least ten seconds. If it doesnt work after that try Restoring it Restoring would take a while to explain so i'll just hand you over to Apple If it still wont work Jailbreak it and then if it still wont work, try a different computer
HEY man thanx alot, well jailbroke it already and got cidya and installer ( dont really know how to tget the most of it yet but will search) then i realised the only actual way of getting music on to it is by syncing but i didnt want to do it cos i have 40 GB of music and not the ones i wanted could be dragged and dropped like an ipod.. but watever made a playlist and its done thx nikhil
