transfer video from pc to n95 8gb

i have an issue with this n95 8gb. im trying to transfer video to the mobile from the pc using data transfer and all i get is the sound with no picture or something else saying file not supported...very confusion. im asking for help if any knows how to fix the problem please. thanks

 

Your handset supports videos that are either in '3GP' or 'MPEG4' video format.Transfer the videos in either of these formats, only.

If you dont see the picture but only the sound, that is because of the resolution of the video you transfer to your handset.
Always,while converting the video for your mobile, set the video resolution to either '176X144' or '320X240' (PIXELS).

you should try a program called allok, google it. it is very good for transferring from any format to mpeg4 which is what the n95 uses. i ve had no probs with sound or picture quality
