I Have A Dell Optiplex GX110 computer and I am trying to upgrade the CPU from Pentium3 733mhz to Pentium3 1.4ghz(730 socket) when I install new CPU the computer turns on automatically with no output. The power light is orange. I reset nothing happens. I was told the CPU is compatible.I do not know if I need to update my Bios I`m currently at Bios 08.Can anyone help me out with this?
