What is the best AVI to MP4 converter out there...i have WinAVI MP4 Converter but if i try to convert a long video file (> 40mins) the audio and video start to go out of sync....what program can i get to avoid this?

try the free avidemux, it has an auto setting for psp. It can edit and convert your avi's.
