So when I have no programs or anything, Vista uses 50% of my RAM. I have 4gb RAM, so it's using 2gb while doing nothing. Anyone know the problem?

Mine are using 63% atm and I also got 4GB Ram (dual), but Vista is build to "fastload" every running program, so it uses some of your RAM to be prepared for your actions. And of-course the Aero-theme.

I got my visual settings at minimum. Is there a way to turn off fastload?
