Hi All Yep...Bioshock issues again!!! Im hoping,with the game being over a year old now,that All the problems have been sorted...? Ive searched the Net and Afterdawns forum but with no luck and nobody seems to have the same issues as me. Perhaps some of you gamers maybe able to help? (ihope) Im near the end of the game where you have met the little sisters and are now trying to escape......ive made it back to the bathsphere station where you originaly started, but as soon as i get to the end of the station after killing several splicers...i can see a big daddy in the reception area which take you to(i assume to the next level) The game FREEZES.....time and time again. You can run around the station as long as you like but as soon as you cross over a certain point it will Crash. Firstly does anyone no how to resolve the problem? Should i reinstall? if so can i save the file for my saved games so i dont have to start from scratch? Im sorry to be so brief on the exact part of the game ive reached...because i havnt play it for a month, cause im so hacked off. Im using a high spec pc with Vista and havnt had any problems upto now... any help or suggestions will be great. Many thanks in advance M.E
Not too sure what could be causing this problem for you, but you should backup your game firstly. The save file can be found in My documents it will be a folder called bioshock, copy this someplace safe You can try re-installing the game restoring your save by copying the folder back to my documents, then checking if it works Hope this helps
