please help

    hi had a starview box for bout a year with no problems untill now.every time its gone off i have just put the codes in and its been fine.and this time i have put the codes in but it does not work so i have had a play round and i think i have deleted factory settings.it just keeps comeing up with a choice of languages.please help me get my channels back on or just nick jnr for my little girl lol
