Can i watch digital cable in mce 2005?

    I want to know if it is possible to watch digital cable tv in windows media 2005?

    if you tuner card is supported by windows media center then yes!

    what tuner card will you be using?

    I am using an Avrmedia MCE 1500. That tv tuner only gets the basic 1 to 99 channels.

    Well what i wanted to know is if i was to buy a a tv tuner card that says it supports digital cable through the tv tuner port does that mean i will be able to get more channels than i am getting right now without the set-top box?

    ah. i cant answer that for sure. i doubt it tho - i expect its about your cable provider and what channels/services you subscribe to?
