starview 2 can not locate any channels

    hi came home today all channels were bad/scrambled
    so i decided to factory reset now when i scan it cant find any channels unpluged the ntl cable from the box straight to the tv and have the basic channels any one any help i have starview 2 ntl galway city

    Search is the best bet here. Press menu, type 1570 on remote and turn key emu back on.
