It looks like you can. Go under Program Files\DVD Flick\Template, copy one of those directories, and rename it. Pull up the template.cfg file and monkey around. You can use the information from the following site as a guide (site isn't always up):

When you start up DVD Flick, it automatically sees the new customized directory and suck the info in.
