Your meaning is not too clear, but this is what I understand:

You downloaded resident evil 4 for the pc, and it is an iso file, and you want to know how to run it???

If so there are two ways you can get the .iso file to work.

Mount the ISO to a virtual drive using a program like PowerIso.
It should appear as a CD/DVD and you can autoplay it.

You can burn the ISO to a CD/DVD using IMGBurn

Decide which method you want to use, and I'll give a much more detailed walk through of what you need to do, if your having problems

A virtual drive, is when a part of your hard drive is used to mimic a disk drive, and the computer sees it as CD/DVD drive.

To mount an image when you have installed PowerISO do this:

1-Set up a virtual drive by going to Tools>Virtual Drive>Set number of drives (change this to 1)

2-Mount the image (the .iso file). To do this go to Tools>virtual drive> MOUNT IMAGE TO DRIVE [your drive letter]<NO MEDIA>
When the OPEN window comes up, go to the ISO file and choose it

3-If it doesn't autorun, go to my computer and find the drive that's not usually there, right-click and choose autorun

This should start the resident evil installer/autoplay menu

This image should help you understand the steps above:[IMG]

Do this above, it tells the computer there is another drive in your pc, and that you have inserted a resident evil disk into it. If you mount it correctly as I've mentioned above, it should work properly, as long as the ISO is correct
