EUROVOX WONT SCAN

    I have lost channels on my Eurovox and every time I go on power scan it gets so far and cuts out. This is really annoying can anyone help ?

    Eurovox max 2006 the box is. A couple of months ago when everyone boxes went and we all needed updates I got the latest update put om.
