I was wondering if there was a way to convert your F-type cable into a Audio/Video cable?

Nope im just wondering if there a conversion possible either through a converson cable or through some kind of converter box or something so i can come in with a f-type Input and come out with Audio/Video Output so i can plug them into the Audio/Video Input on my tv. i would imagine i need some kind of box to do this so it would allow me to change the chanels for the f-type Input and then come out on the A/V cable to the tv. it would be doing the same thing as a cable box would but instead of coming back out on the F-type cable into the back of the tv it comes out on A/V cables to plug into the A/V input on the tv

Ah, now I see what you're trying to do. Yes, it's available and really quite simple. I've done this many times for friends that had old TV's that they couldn't hook up to DVD players or other A/V components. You need a device called an "RF Modulator". Sounds technical. It's not. Available everywhere online in different styles for under $20.00.

or any decent local electronics store (usually twice the price).

There's also an "RF Demodulator" in case you have to "go the other way".

Ok i donnt think you are understanding me. this is a picture of a time warner cable box. there is an input for cable and there is an output for cable. there is also an output for a/v that goes to tv. instead of coming out on the cable i want to come out on the a/v and go to my tv. i just want to find something similar to this without having to get a cable box from time warner and pay for service
