After restore system I encountered problems

    My problems are, first those program which I already uninstall reappears again and those I recently installed don't. also when
    I want to uninstall them I received error message like uninstall doesn't exist. Please can any one tell me what to do?

    if you want to solve whatever problems your having...reinstall your OS...restore points don't work, don't count on them to save your system...
