I went on where I was told to and when I signed in I used the wrong name when I tried to correct this I was banned form connecting. I see it if I was trying to do something wrong but as a VIP I don't know why they would do this. But as they have been down and I would like to be on the site and not on a irc it seems they would have a little respect.
