eurovox no channels 6.30pm 21/10/08

    i am in east london on ex C* and have a eurovox blue and just lost all my channels alsohave no channels on my sons starview and my neighbours starview has anyone else in the area got a problem and if not can anyone provide me with a solution.Thanx in anticipation as you guys usually solve everyone,s problems
