How to Install WinXP Pro Frorm USB drive

    How do you make WinXP Pro bootable and install from a usb drive because i got a new latop (Thinkpad IBM Z61m) and it doesnt come with a cd drive. Its running WinVista and i dont like vista beacuse it useses to much ram making the pc kinda slow. so plz help

    can you just get a usb dvd/cd drive and boot from the cd with that?
