Box T freezing alot

Hi.Living in the the south of ireland. Have the Box T for ch**us mmds since February.The box is freezing alot for the last couple of days.Remote control stops working and sticks on one channel and buttons on box dont work.If u turn it on and off it starts to work again for a while but eventually freezes up again.Just wondering is my Box on the way out or would flashing it help.Have never had to flash the Box yet.System info: API ver:5.01e_E, Boot ver:7.0,12 dec 2007. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

just had same probrlem ? faulty box ? or is a there quick fix 2 try cheers steve

 

double check what firmware u have in box sounds wrong if u have box t and mmds ch***s

 

Double checked my firmware.When i click on system information thats the version that comes up. Although problems seems to gone now.Happened for about three days but has been ok since.Dont no why.Didnt do too much to it except turned it on and off alot and hopped my remote of the wall a few times.If u dont think thats the firmware i should have what do u think is the right firmware.Cheers.

 

checked around its what comes up on box in vers.when flashed.
probably cc working on upgrading work in ur area that signal level was reduced,and when fixed powered up back to normal.
