I have an ATI TV Wonder 200 Tuner (Philips 1236 MK3) TV tuner card that has worked fine for me the last 6 months. ATI Catalyst Media Center launches fine, but when I click on TV it searches, then nothing loads. When I go to Device Manager "Properties" it tells me the device is working properly. How do I know if the card itself is toast, or if it's something else? I did just solve an IDE error that was screwing up my DVD read/write speed(a scratched disc forced my drive to revert to PIO from UDMA4) any chance the problems are related?

are you using vista or xp?
I would try loading a different tv tuner software. Christv lite is a free tv tuner software. This will let you test your tuner card.
