i have call of duty 4 purchased removed single play and made to fit on dvdr well it loads fine on the pc i have it installed on but wen i open it on another pc it sad d3dx9_34.dll is missing i think that is the dll i dnt have it so i cant check for sure can i install dx9 to make it work or put the dll on the dvdr any help would be appercieted i am trying to run the game on my other pc's for lan play with friends but cant install do to small hard drives
Download the .dll file you need from http://www.dll-files.com paste it into winodws/system32 game should work
wouldnt installing dx9 work to cuz i dnt think dx9 installed right cuz it giving me more missing files
That is actually the proper way to fix the problem, and I was going to say that if it came up with more missing .dlls Best thing to do is get the latest version of directx 9 from somewhere like filehippo.com and install it It will install all the dlls you will need, and you shouldn't have a problem with it after that
