Missing channels EX5000PVR

I have downloaded the firmware however screen movies 1+2 missing, BBC3 and box office qre missing. Can anyone help me please?

 

BBC three is probably CBBC and only on air after 7pm, box office check TVchs, for the rest we need your aprox location and service provider previous to VM.

 

Hi I live in Castleford west Yorkshire, my code is 6952. The picture isn't as crisp as my mates who bought a plug and play. I have searched all the TVch to no avail. Should I clear all memory and redo the firmware please? Thanks for the assistance.

Take any splitters out and connect your box directly to the main feed, do a factory default then a powerscan. If you do the scan after 7pm you should find BBC three.
