DVI Output on PC

    Hello

Forgive me if I have posted to the wrong forum. Newbie etc....

I have a PC with two DVI outputs.

However, I would like to display said output on an old CRT TV (i.e. a Scart socket). I fully realise that I cannot do it with my current graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 4850 PCI-E x16 512MB Video Card). I don't want to replace this, given it is relatively new.

I would ideally like to buy another (cheap) card with a TV out.

    Was thinking about something like:
    http://www.avermedia.com/avertv/UK/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=16&device=1&tab=APDriver

Is this possible, or am I talking rubbish again?

Thanks very much for any help you can give.

    Regards

    Matthew

I use an 8400gs in my HTPC. It was hooked up to my DLP using DVI, now it's hooked up to my 38" RCA CRT TV using the TV out-Component dongle and a component cable.
Any of the Nvidia 8400,8500,8600 cards can do this and are relatively cheap. From $19 up. Search Newegg.
