Graphics card recommendation requested

    Hello experts, I need a graphics card to replace an nVidia GEforce7500LE which has gone kaput. The output quality on the second monitor wasn't great but passable. I do not use my computer for gaming. Running Vista ultimate, 4MB RAM dual core processors(about 18 months old). I want to be able to have two monitors on the system and looking for advice on what graphics card to get with a balance on price and quality. $100- $150 range. Thanks....
